A clear step-by-step process that ensures your order is documented, your payment is verified, and your vehicle is delivered with full transparency.

1. Equipment Selection:

Visit our website to browse our available equipment and start the reservation process online, or contact us for more details. Every equipment in our inventory undergoes a detailed inspection by our experienced technicians to ensure it is free from leaks, damage, and electronic issues. We pride ourselves on offering only high-quality, reliable equipment, so you can purchase with confidence.

 

2. E-Sign Documents:

Once you are registered in our system, the equipment will be reserved in your name. Our financial department will then quickly prepare the Sales Agreement and send it to you. This document outlines all the sale terms, including payment options, delivery process, warranties, and other important details. Please note, this is only a reservation and does not constitute an obligation to purchase.

 

3. Payment:

For our valued returning customers who have previously purchased from us, we accept payments in cash, wire transfer or cashier’s check as a convenient and secure method.

For new customers making their first purchase, we require full payment to be completed via wire transfer or online bank transfer before the equipment is shipped or delivered. This policy was put in place because, in past deliveries, some customers were not present at the time of delivery. Requiring full payment upfront from new customers helps protect our interests and ensures that both parties are committed to completing the transaction.

We collaborate with trusted partner banks like Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Capital One to ensure all payments are secure and transparent.  

 

3. 14-Day Return Policy:

Once the payment is processed, the shipping team will prepare the equipment for shipment and provide tracking information once it is dispatched. The 14-day return period starts when the buyer receives and signs for the equipment. If the buyer is not satisfied during this time, they can return the equipment at no extra cost. After inspecting the returned equipment, the refund will be issued within 24 hours to the buyer’s original payment method for a smooth process.

 

4. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees ( if applicable ) will be paid only after the Buyer has inspected, confirmed, and accepted the purchased equipment. If the Buyer rejects the equipment, the Buyer is not responsible for paying the shipping fees.

 

5. Equipment Inspection:

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we recommend a detailed inspection of the equipment upon delivery. Please take your time to thoroughly examine the equipment, confirming it meets your expectations and is free from any mechanical or electronic issues or leaks. Your careful review is important to us.

 

6. Finalize the Purchase:

If the buyer is satisfied with the equipment and wishes to finalize the purchase, they should promptly notify our team of their intention to proceed. The next step involves signing the official Bill of Sale, which serves as the legal document transferring ownership of the equipment from our company to the buyer. Upon signing, the buyer will officially become the new owner of the equipment.

Contract preparation

A structured contract is generated including your details, vehicle information, pricing, delivery terms, and a unique order reference.

Payment confirmation

Before completing payment, you verify all details directly with our team, ensuring accuracy and eliminating any uncertainty.

Equipment delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your equipment is prepared and shipped to your address within the agreed delivery timeframe.

14-Day / 50-Hours Return Policy

After delivery, you have 14-Day / 50-Hours to inspect the vehicle and ensure it matches your expectations — giving you full peace of mind.

Important: Always confirm payment details directly with our team before sending funds. This step ensures your transaction remains secure and fully verified.
